New look for 22-22 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City. The 11 stories building was designed by ODA-Architecture. It will be a mixed-use building with approximately 175 units, 5,732 square -feet of retail in the ground floor. The new tenant will enjoy amenities with a library, rooftop terrace, attended parking and lounge. Jeffrey Gershon is the developer for 22-22 Jackson Avenue. Completion is schedule by Fall 2015
