City Growers Second Annual Rooftop Farm-To-Table Dinner
On Saturday July 19th 2014 Brooklyn Grange Farm hosted their 2nd annual Rooftop Farm-To-Table Dinner. Guests enjoyed a wonderful farm-to-table dinner with beautiful sunset views of the Manhattan skyline. Before the dinner started the hosts gave small group tours of the farm and served homemade cocktails that included herbs grown at the farm. Beer was provided by Singlecut,Beersmith- Dessert and coffee by Coffeednyc.
It was a great evening learning about both the farm, composting and their outreach work to schools and children all over New York City. Please take the time to visit the farm this summer and also help support food and farm education programs for New York City children.
